Scott the arborist has always been available to consult whenever I am concerned about one of my trees and shrubs. He was my initial contact and one of the few people who understood how important the Linden trees are to me which surround our property. He knew exactly how I was hoping to restore the look with the trees and taught me the word Pollard. The young men whose names escape me that have begun the process of restoration are professional and fun to be around. They understand the process and I am grateful for their knowledge as well. The young man who came most recently, MarcAnthony, was such a dear. He also was willing to stop and answer questions and was very polite and amiable. Honestly, I do not know who does the hiring over there at Bartlett but keep it up.

I was pleased with both Bartlett representatives who handled my request for service. Both were courteous and knowledgeable regarding the project. The arborist was quick to point out another problem regarding the tree that will require cabling to correct. The crew member was careful about spray drift to surrounding plants that may be harmful.
