I was recommended to Scott Tapp and Bartlett by my landscape designer. My experience with Scott was very positive, he explained clearly and expertly what I may need without going above what was best for my trees and bushes. The crew of three who came to my place were exceptional and friendly. Daniel, the lead guy explained exactly what they were going to do and all three of them did an amazing job. They climbed the trees and cut down with a lot of care and thoughtfulness. The results are more than I expected, really well done and balanced. Some of my neighbors had their trees trimmed unthoughtfully by other tree companies and they look like they got chopped down by machines. Overall, I am very pleased by the professionalism, expertise, and friendliness of Scott, Dan, and the rest of the crew.

When we do the walk and talk about my property, Scott makes me feel sure that I am doing what I need to do to have a healthy, safe, and beautiful environment. He is great at letting me know what I do not have to do. My landscaper recommended Scott and Bartlett, I trust her, and it has been such a great firm to work with. Wayne and Joe were the crew who came to do this particular work, and they were terrific. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and the work went smoothly. I could hear them discussing the health of one particular tree outside my office window, they were completely focused on the job. The property was left in perfect shape. Everyone, from Jackie in admin to the crew onsite was experienced, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Bartlett is a firm that you can completely trust with your property. I love my landscaping, there are a lot of different issues that can impact mature trees, and I know I am doing what I can to make sure they stay healthy and safe as long as possible. It is a bonus that they are so easy and pleasant to work with. It is worth noting that this work was done during the quarantine. Before they came out to assess our property, I received a full briefing on what they were doing to ensure our mutual safety. Protection was handled both in a way that followed best practices, but also with care and a sense of humor, which was very welcome in a stressful time.
