The crew you sent out this morning to do the work were unbelievable.They are leaving as I write this.
They showed up on time, worked non-stop, did an amazing job, and cleaned up so well when they were done you could not even tell they had been here. All three were so friendly, polite to the residents they interacted with, and just an overall joy to work with. It has been a long time since I was able to say that about someone who came to work. Our board president asked me about their work, saw the job they did, and complimented their work several times. What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? They are the best and need no improvement. Bartlett is probably the most professional and user-friendly company of any kind in western North Carolina. We were beyond impressed with the amazing crew that came out. First, Sean Boehrig did a very professional job with the estimate and proposal. He explained the process clearly. He worked with me so I could budget for the work that needed to be completed first. Then, we have a second proposal scheduled in February 2024. I really appreciate that. Connor and the crew that came out on the 21st were great. I have a small garden wall around the base of the trees on which they worked, and they did not disturb it at all. They cleaned up and left the job as it was before. One of the guys even offered to blow off our driveway. That was awesome, because my husband and I are 72 and 71, and that is hard work for us this time of year. It seemed like all our leaves came down at once. We are very pleased and fortunate to have been connected with such a great company. Thank you.
