The crew you sent out this morning to do the work were unbelievable.They are leaving as I write this. They showed up on time, worked non-stop, did an amazing job, and cleaned up so well when they were done you could not even tell they had been here. All three were so friendly, polite to the residents they interacted with, and just an overall joy to work with. It has been a long time since I was able to say that about someone who came to work. Our board president asked me about their work, saw the job they did, and complimented their work several times. Emergency job. From the call at 7AM to the completed task at 1:00 PM the service was great. The whole team did what they said they would do and on the day I asked for. Arborist came at 8AM, Tree service came at 9 am. Office picked up the phone at 7 am. Wow.

Your Bartlett Tree Experts proved themselves to be expert as a team removing a tree leaning in a dangerous position yesterday at my home in Pisgah Forest. First, you came quickly to do the work, the three man team was efficient and well rehearsed in the execution of the takedown and removal, and cleanup left my yard immaculate. Most of all, I am highly impressed with the well choreographed system, and use of high tech equipment to coordinate every facet of the dangerous work your men perform. They have a high level of training and work seamlessly, each knowing what to do and how to support the other men in their tasks. It is worth videoing, which I did. Your wood chipper is a monster, capable of grinding enormous chunks of tree trunks. Most of all I commend the whole process you follow, each man constantly helping and working together to complete the task safely. No one is idle or loses focus on the task. It is a very impressive display of responsibility to fellow workers in a high risk industry. Use of headphones to communicate with each other is brilliant. Safety procedures were diligently followed. I would gladly recommend your service.

Jason Brown was very helpful with his suggestions. The crew arrived sooner than he estimated. Since this was a small job for the crew they arrived on a day that was threatening rain. With a sprinkle here and there, at some point the sky opened up to a deluge and no one flinched one bit. There was a gal who did a lot of the work and though she was soaked she was fearless and cheerful to the finish. Amazing the way they took down that small tree and never clipped any of the other bushes in that area. Thank you.
