Richard is awesome and so attentive. He gives recommendations that make sense and works with our schedule to get it done when it works best for us. The crew took care of everything seamlessly and took all of the avocados that fell from the tree while pruning and left them for us by our back door. Richard McLeod is a tremendous representative of Bartlett. He is knowledgeable, personable, businesslike, with perfect follow through and follow up. His crew members were polite, did their jobs thoroughly, and the job site was left clean. We had a family member who was very ill while pruning was done outside his bedroom and he was not bothered at all by noise or interruption. I wish that there were people to whom I could recommend Richard and his service at this moment, perhaps in the future I will be able to do so.
