Each and every member of Bartlett’s staff, including office staff, have consistently been courteous, helpful, and patient, quick to answer questions thoroughly. Cody Kouneski is always a gentleman which I suppose is an old fashion term but it perfectly applies here. Several times he has gone beyond the norm to apply his knowledge to the needs of the property. We know his decisions have prolonged and saved the life of many of our aging plantings. His willingness to discuss our needs and answer questions in depth has kept us loyal to Bartlett Tree Experts. Always a professional as have been each of the crew members over the years.
