At first I was reluctant when Cody Kouneski replaced our previous arborist. He had worked on the crew when services were done at our home previously. No need for caution whatsoever. He more than adequately fulfilled my expectations. Today is Sunday and after listening to church online this morning my wife and I were in the back yard looking at the landscaping. All of a sudden there was Cody extending his warm wishes and apologizing for needing to work on Sunday. We had treatments to be done for scale on a Bradford Pear trees and the Hawthorne trees. He was concerned that the treatments needed to be done and there was inclement weather approaching that would make the treatment ineffective by delaying it. While he was there he asked if anything else had come up and I mentioned the issues with a Sycamore tree that he pursued immediately. The outcome is the need for a root color procedure to detect the cause of the problem. He did not have to care enough to do his job on a Sunday and he certainly did not need to get involved in assessing another issue in the process. Great people to work with. I have absolutely no, let me repeat that no, hesitation to recommend the services of this organization. Great people, sincerely concerned about our well being. You just are not going to find any better arborist organization.
