From initial contact, response, and conversation with the employee returning my call through the arborist and the service performed we were very pleased and do not have any suggestions to make our experience better. Everyone was courteous and respectful. An example would be the two people performing the work noted that the plants in my shade garden were quite nice and well taken care of and took down the tree without disturbing any plants, including a large Ostrich Fern with some fronds touching the tree trunk.
