Billy continued to finish job despite several breakdowns by the bobcat. He has a great attitude and kept me informed as to the status of the job as it progressed. I was especially appreciative of his answering the phone at all hours of the workday, and weekends. I will continue to use Bartlett Tree Service for upcoming work.
