The arborist reviewed with us the work that needed to be done was informed, professional, and thorough. He helped us identify the needs and the best solutions. He could not have been more helpful and informed. The work crew were friendly, considerate, and extremely professional and efficient. They were also very safety conscious. They completed the work carefully and effectively. The end product, the trees perfectly trimmed and balanced, now adds much to our home and garden area. I should comment also that the arborist came by to check on the work and make sure that specific details were completed. The cleanup afterward was immaculate. We could not be happier. The crew was timely, thoughtful, as to the best way to fall the tree, they worked as a team, they were courteous, and tolerant of me watching and asking questions, they were safe to themselves, the equipment, and their surroundings, wearing clips and harnesses and using cones. They left the area clean and neat. I was appreciative to the quick response of the arborist. He was knowledgeable, recognized the concern, offered several suggestions to solve the problem, and offered his opinion. Due to the danger of the situation the arborist made sure that the tree was dealt with immediately.

All yard furniture and birdbaths were carefully removed and returned to their original place. the entire area was cleaned up to the appearance that no one was even there. I have cut down trees on my own wooded property away from buildings and electrical lines over a span of 35 years. However now that I am 73 and live in a town with houses and electrical lines in close proximity it was time to have experts do the work. And, that is exactly what I got in the guys from Bartlett. I watched them quickly and efficiently take down the tree safely, grind it up and clean up . The following day one guy was back to grind up the stump as efficiently as was accomplished the day before. Efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional, from the office staff I first called to Judge Anthony to the crew, first class all the way.

Please pass our thanks to Gus and his crew for a job well done. We were both gone by the time they finished but were pleased with the excellent cleanup. I was also impressed that they were able to drop the chips where they did, it was the best spot for them but a difficult one to maneuver the trucks. The area is tight but not once did the truck leave the road. The arborist stopped by to get them started, unusual and appreciated.

The Bartlett crewmembers did an excellent job of cleaning up our front yard after the recent hurricane took the top and a large branch out of one of our Locust trees. I especially appreciated the quick same day service. When I called Judge Anthony in the morning, he explained that the crew was working in Saint Michaels where there had been extensive storm damage, but said maybe they could clean up our yard on the way back. It was a hot humid day, the crew had to be exhausted but they still cleaned up our tree mess. I deeply appreciate their excellent work.

I wanted to pass on to you a very good experience I had with two Bartlett employees at the Kent County Landfill on Wednesday. I had brought a large trailer load of brush, branches, and fallen tree limbs which I had been collecting on my property I was beginning to unload it at the landfill early Wednesday afternoon. I had noticed a Bartlett truck come in to drop a load there. After the two Bartlett men took care of that, they came right over and helped me unload it. It made the job a whole lot easier.
