Since our first meeting with Bartlett in 2008 sixteen year long term customer we feel the company and the employees we have interacted with genuinely care about our trees and their health. They display their caring in every verbal and written exchange. Our arborist Daniel is quick to respond to inquiries, goes out of his way to review and address any concerns, gives our small count of trees his full time and attention. I am embarrassed I can not recall the young man's name who comes out to treat the trees, he is always courteous and patient. Notification of pending visit received in a timely manner. For these reasons we continue to trust Bartlett with our business.

Dan Cardenas and Austin were very polite and courteous. The explained what they were doing and why. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in completing a soil care analysis and determining a get-well plan for our Bradford Pear, Tulip, and Maple trees. As a result, the Bradford Pear is doing well and the Maple is being to sprout and our Tulip tree is happy. I was very impressed with Bartlett's overall service approach and staff. This includes the receptionist that I spoke with multiple times. We look forward to a continued relationship with Bartlett.
