We love our large older trees on our lot and the staff at Bartlett are caring for them with love and expert knowledge. When they were on our property a few years ago, I was impressed at how much tree knowledge the crew lead had. Our arborist representative always explains what he sees and I have never felt pushed to sign on for a particular service. That attitude helped me trust him more. He and all the staff I have interacted with have been kind and respectful. I also appreciate the policy of calling and informing us when they will be on the property and announcing themselves when they arrive.
