Spruce gall adelgid

The Eastern spruce gall adelgid (Adelgis abietis) and the Cooley spruce gall adelgid (Adelgis cooleyi) inflict considerable injury to ornamental spruce trees throughout the Northeast and Midwest as well as eastern and central Canada.
