Wes was born and raised in Amesbury, Massachusetts, where his passion for trees and nature began. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry, Fisheries, and Wildlife from Ohio State University. He has a variety of experience caring for trees and shrubs. Wes has worked in the nursery industry in Oregon, directed a nature camp in Massachusetts, and has led tree planting crews with a non-profit in Washington, D.C. Wes began his career with Bartlett Tree Experts in 2020 in our Richmond, Virginia office. After a few years, Wes transferred back to Massachusetts, where he excelled as a Climbing Arborist and Plant Health Care Specialist prior to becoming an Arborist Representative.
An ISA Certified Arborist, Wes enjoys collaborating with clients to maintain optimal tree health. His goal is to ensure that clients can enjoy the continued beauty of their landscape through informed decisions towards each of their tree and shrub goals.
In his free time, Wes enjoys the outdoors through fishing, swimming, camping, and skiing.
