What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing, really the service provided and work completed exceeded our expectations. Tim and the crew provided us with excellent service. We were given a detailed spec of the work to be carried out, and that spec was delivered with friendly efficiency. We are also very grateful for the respect they showed to the garden. We are still astonished that they managed to remove large overhanging branches without any damage to the shrubs and flowering plants underneath. Thanks also to Sharon for the follow-up call to make sure we were happy with the work before we were invoiced. We would not hesitate to use Bartlett again, if and when the need arises.
