What Our Customers Are Saying About Taylor Duke
We were very pleased with the wonderful service and very personable staff. They wasted no time and were very thorough in getting the job done. You could tell safety precautions were being followed as well. Afterward they moved back the yard furniture and left my yard very tidy. They also answered a question or two from the neighbors, which was a kind thing to do as both neighbors plan to use Bartlett in the future.
Chris P., Seattle, WA
Taylor is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I trust his suggestions, and truly appreciate the work that goes into making my yard look beautiful. I look forward to continue working with him and the Bartlett staff on both of my properties for years to come.
Miryah P., Seattle, WA
Good expertise and service. Gave advice for work that I did not hire Bartlett to do, which was very helpful. Minor hiccup with them forgetting to do one small task, but within a day or so they came back to finish up with no problems. The price quote for tree pruning was a bit high, but maybe due to higher expertise compared to other businesses.
Jim M., Seattle, WA
Taylor Duke always responds quickly. He had a crew out as soon as possible to clean-up large broken branches after the snow storm and even took away a large limb that fell from a neighbors tree.
Mary D., Seattle, WA
Care was taken to do no damage to either our house or the tree against which our tree had fallen. The broken branches on the Deodar Cedar were cleaned up per the contract and everything was done to give us the care we needed.
Paul W., Seattle, WA
Bartlett is awesome. Solid, professional, and friendly work.
