Sam Dansie

Sam has a degree in Ancient History from Newcastle University, graduating in 2003. Before entering arboriculture, he worked in sports journalism and documentary filmmaking within the world of professional cycling. In 2023, Sam pursued an ambition to work in land management and arboriculture. As an Arborist he gained his Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture with Tree Life while working for a firm that specialised in contracting to large Tier 1 engineering firms. Sam joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2026 as a Consultant.

Sam is client focused and enjoys helping them understand their options and achieve their arboricultural aims. He is ready to support clients across the full range of services Bartlett Tree Experts provide.

Outside work, Sam still enjoys the odd bike ride, especially when it involves a coffee stop or two.
