Robert Cosgrove was most helpful and knowledgeable when he first visited the site which involved about seven aging trees, three of which had to be felled, one a lovely horse Chestnut hopefully to be preserved by Bartlett's treatment of the soil around its roots. After his application to Lewisham Council, he gave helpful advice as to how best meet their conditions and as to the five replacement trees to be planted and as to where they should go.
