Rafael joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2008. He advanced through the ranks holding positions as a Groundperson, Arborist Climber, Crew Leader, and Local Office Safety Coordinator prior to Arborist Representative. During his tenure Rafael has been based in Bartlett’s Nantucket, Elmsford, and Brewster offices.

Rafael’s passion and understanding of arboriculture allow him to provide personalized tree care recommendations based on what will be most viable within the present conditions on a given landscape. When faced with a challenge, Rafael is tenacious. Paired with his curiosity to learn, he utilizes all resources to assure his clients are fully satisfied with the plan presented.

In his free time, Rafael loves spending time with his family and friends at barbecues and especially loves taking his spouse out for date night.
