There is nothing more that Bartlett could have done to make my experience better. They did a perfect job. I am completely satisfied with the job from beginning to end. Bartlett's staff was excellent and could not have been better. I dealt exclusively with Peter Daly, in booking and processing the job. He was attentive to my concerns and his performance was above and beyond what normally would be expected. I say that because completion of his job was coordinated with the commencement of a landscape job, to be done the following day. Unfortunately, the stump grinder malfunctioned prior to completion of the job. To keep the job on schedule Peter gave the issue his full attention and was able to get the grinder fixed and operating before the end of the day. In addition, Peter personally came out and did the manual labor required to complete the job, with his men. The men on the job were also exceptional. They were Oscar, Ethan, and Edwin. I was on site for the entire job, and they worked very hard and efficiently during the unbearable temperatures reaching 95°.
