Neil Campbell

Neil joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2009. He gained experience across a wide range of operational roles, including Local Safety Coordinator, before specialising as a Plant Health Care Technician. He developed strong diagnostic skills and an in-depth understanding of plant pests, diseases, and the environmental factors that influence long-term tree and shrub health.

Neil has played a key role in growing Bartlett's presence across Dorset and Bath, working closely with clients to support healthy, resilient landscapes. He brings a practical, customer-focused approach to his work and values clear communication when guiding clients through important tree care decisions. Neil has earned his Level 3 National Certificate in Arboriculture.

Neil has a passion for environmental stewardship and values opportunities to promote sustainable practices. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring nature with friends and family.
