What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing, it was excellent. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent from the customer service people, arborist, technician, and the men who removed one of our trees. We contacted them because we had two trees that looked very stressed and our neighbors recommended Bartlett. Fortunately Matthew, the arborist said they could be saved and treating them could give them a boost to help them along. As he was leaving I showed him our Palm Tree that had previous frost damage. When he touched it, the whole tree wiggled. We knew it had been struggling but we were not aware it had become so unstable and was in danger of falling. The gentlemen who removed the tree did it so quickly with no mess left behind. They were wonderful. It looks as though there was never a tree there. The technician who treated our other trees answered all of my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We were very impressed with everyone from Bartlett and will recommend them as well as using their services again to take care of our trees.

With his advice, the crew of Tim, Will, and James came out to do the tree trimming, including trimming dead wood, and a few large branches from two trees in the front yard.
