Each of the three crew members were courteous, they took time to answer my questions about the work to be done and about the equipment used to do it. I took many photos. They also answered other questions about other trees, and work that might be done in the future. When Mark first came to evaluate the work, he answered my questions and volunteered info that I as a property owner needed to know. I have some trees on my property that I am very interested in keeping as long as possible, and he seemed interested and willing to help me preserve them. The crew worked together like a well oiled machine, each one keeping busy doing what needed to be done next. I appreciated very much their attention to safety measures with all the power equipment, and they always seemed to be aware and mindful of each others locations and safety.
