Mark grew up in southeastern Minnesota and spent a great deal of time at the Oxbow Park & Zollman Zoo where his father was the caretaker of the park. Growing up in this environment sparked his passion for the outdoors and led him to pursue a double major in Environmental Science and Political Science at the University of Minnesota Duluth. After graduating in 2019, Mark moved to North Texas and began his career at Bartlett Tree Experts. Mark gained valuable field experience as he advanced within the company – he held positions as Groundsperson, Arborist Climber and Plant Health Care Specialist prior to Arborist Representative.
An ISA Certified Arborist, Mark is committed to providing science-based tree care to his clients to cultivate a healthy landscape for years to come.
When Mark is not working, he can be found exploring the DFW community, and spending time outdoors with his friends and family.
