John developed an interest in trees and plants while working at a local retail nursery and greenhouse during his high school years. He continued his education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Pennsylvania State University. After college, John gained more green industry experience leading ground maintenance and landscape crews. In the summer of 2013, he joined Bartlett Tree Experts, working in various job positions as a Ground Person, Climber, and Plant Health Care Technician.
John earned his credentials as an ISA Certified Arborist and is currently an Arborist Representative. He enjoys learning about arboriculture and sharing his knowledge with others. John is well-liked by his clients and Bartlett team members alike.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two young boys, coaching sports, camping, and various outdoor activities.
