More about Jason Ash
Jason graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, specializing in Urban Forest Management. He began his career in arboriculture by working in the field and learning the art of pruning, tree removal, and plant health care services. His passion for the industry grew when he joined S. P. McClenahan Company in 2016 and completed the TCIA tree science academy (TCA). He advanced steadily within the company holding positions in Safety, Management, and Client Services. Jason joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2022 as part of the acquisition of S. P. McClenahan Company.
An ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Jason is also a municipal specialist, a qualified Tree Risk Assessor, and holds a Qualified Applicator License for pesticide usage in California.
Jason actively volunteers at Canopy (a local non-profit specializing in the preservation of trees throughout the Mid-Peninsula). In his spare time, he enjoys carving wood and exploring hiking trails with his wife.
