Everyone was great. Garrett taught us a lot, answered all of our questions very clearly, knowledgeable, professional, concise, always on time, and came back a second time to help us better understand questions we had about one piece of work that we were unsure of. The crews was great. On time, polite, professional, did not mind us watching them work, communicated with us as they worked to be sure we were all in agreement with the work being done. Worked very hard and quickly, worked safely, and cleaned up afterward. No complaints from us at all. Garrett had time to stop in while the work was being done, and when he was not discussing things with us he jumped in and helped the crew with their work. Everyone worked together very well. Erika was very helpful getting us set up to meet with Garrett. Best experience ever. No doubt we picked the best company for our needs. We will not hesitate to refer you to others who may need your services. We are looking forward to the spring when one of your folks will be stopping by to treat our Oak tree. Just hope it works.
