Chris grew up right here in the Shenandoah Valley where he developed a strong interest in the natural world. Chris graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 with a degree in Natural Resource Management. After college, he spent some time with the U.S Forest Service and the Virginia Department of Forestry before settling back in the Valley. Chris joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2015 and soon developed a strong interest in tree climbing and caring for trees. He has appreciated the Company’s scientific approach to plant care and commitment to implementation of new tree care methods. Chris built his career for eight years, learning and teaching proper tree care to clients and other Bartlett employees, prior to becoming an Arborist Representative.
Chris is an ISA Certified Arborist and VDACS Commercial Applicator. He is committed to making a positive impact on clients’ landscapes and helping maintain the incredible natural setting that the Shenandoah Valley and Western Ridge and Valley has to offer. Chris services Staunton, Western Augusta County, Bath County, and Highland County.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys fishing the Middle River and trying to keep up with his energetic children.
