Charlie started working in the tree care industry in 2003. He developed a well-rounded knowledge of arboriculture and horticulture working in a diverse range of landscapes in Florida, central Virginia, and North Carolina. Charlie joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2019 and held roles that involved every aspect of plant health care and pruning prior to becoming an Arborist Representative.

An ISA Certified Arborist, Charlie uses his knowledge and field experience to provide clients with quality personal service and the highest level of professional care. He enjoys helping his clients in Apex and Holly Springs care for the health of their trees and shrubs.

In his free time, Charlie enjoys fishing, trail running, and floating on the Neuse. He is also working toward a PhD. Charlie and his wife live in Raleigh with their two cats.

Charlie and the entire crew were class acts. Charlie did a great job educating me while walking my entire property to ensure I did not have any risks to my home and provided information on how to best care for my trees. The crew did a great job working around some major obstacles a pool, cabana, and fence while taking three trees down and cutting branches hanging over them. The communication and safety precautions taken by the crew are clearly a priority and very much appreciated. Bartlett may be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for and was worth every penny. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks again.
