Brian Frierson and all other staff members that I have experienced have been very professional and knowledgeable. By far Bartlett is the best tree service that I have dealt with. What I like most about Bartlett is they have certified arborists to diagnose and explain what is potentially wrong. In many cases they can offer a solution to the problem rather than just cutting the tree down. Many other tree services do not have this knowledge or experience so they just tell you that the tree must be cut down.

Was a great experience working with Brian on mitigating issues with the Ash tree, which was threatening our residence. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew amazed me with their expert climbing and rope techniques and completed the job just as outlined in Brian's proposal. Not often enough in life are we given the opportunity to positively comment on work done, however this is one of those times when such comment is warranted. First the crew you sent to our home scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. was punctual and arrived exactly at 8:30 a.m. Being on time is, for us, a huge issue and for this alone they should be commended. Having worked felling trees many years ago in Northern British Columbia, I was taught to live by a rule - be safe, be clean, be quick. This crew was exactly that. It was obvious that safety was a primary concern, they were clean removing debris as they worked and they were efficiently quick. They were a pleasure to watch and a pleasure to have around.
