From the moment Brian came to the house for the walk through and estimate to the moment the yellow and green truck pulled away from the curb, everything went as promised. The three person crew could not have been more courteous, attentive, and just plain professional overall. They even remained positive when the mosquito squad people arrived earlier than expected and proceeded to spray the back yard and garden without speaking to anybody first, resulting in the crew having to pause the time it took for the sprayed fog to dissipate. They were terrific. I feel much more confident that my heavily shaded back yard will be a little brighter, a tad breezier, and that the number of falling branches will be greatly reduced in the coming months thanks to a judicious pruning.

Removal of the tree in the back of the house was excellent as was taking down the broken tree branch on the side of the house. By the time the crew reached the two maples it was raining fairly hard. The trimming of the two trees was done from the ground since it would have been dangerous to climb the trees in the hard rain. The original intent was to clean out the crowns and I am not sure it was done as Brian explained to me. If the clearing of the crowns was accomplished from the ground level as originally intended then I am satisfied with the completion of the job. Brian could take a look to see if the work was completed as proposed. Otherwise I thought the crew did great work and cleaned up afterwards beyond my expectations.

Not often enough in life are we given the opportunity to positively comment on work done, however this is one of those times when such comment is warranted. First the crew you sent to our home scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. was punctual and arrived exactly at 8:30 a.m. Being on time is, for us, a huge issue and for this alone they should be commended. Having worked felling trees many years ago in Northern British Columbia, I was taught to live by a rule - be safe, be clean, be quick. This crew was exactly that. It was obvious that safety was a primary concern, they were clean removing debris as they worked and they were efficiently quick. They were a pleasure to watch and a pleasure to have around. I was very pleased with the service I received from Bartlett Tree Friday of last week. Brian was very quick in getting to my house early Friday morning and to get the claim processed. The crew that came out that afternoon to remove that large limb was very polite and did such a wonderful job in cleaning up all of the debris. My yard actually looks better than it did before the storm, as they raked and blew all of the sawdust, leaves, and small branches from the yard, sidewalk, and the neighbor's driveway before leaving.
