Everything that could be done was. I do not have anything to add that would have made it better. The crew and staff from Bartlett were professional and did a great job. Leaving the yard in better shape than when they arrived. Carl was helpful in explaining the work to be done and following up to make sure I was pleased with the work. Representative, Brandon Yeager, and staff were very professional. They addressed all my concerns and explained the work that would be done. My phone calls and emails to Brandon and the office staff were responded to promptly and my questions were answered. The two crew members were great. They kept in constant contact with me during the whole procedure making sure they performed the work to my specifications. They were very professional, well trained, and used the best equipment, bucket truck, chipper, saws, and trimmers in their work. They apologized to me with regards to the final clean-up of my yard as it was very difficult to get to all the tiny branches and twigs because of the snow covered yard. They offered to come back for clean-up after the snow was gone if I found the yard to need it. So very kind of them.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Not much. It was the first time I used a professional tree service and I was very happy with the way it went. Guys were good. Allie kept me informed on when they would be able to come to our house. Really impressed with the truck, the employees, and equipment they used. When Brandon came out he gave me an accurate estimate and assessment as to the price and how long it would take to complete the job. The two gentlemen who were here were quiet, efficient, and let me know when they were done and leaving. I have another tree that needs to be taken down. See you in spring.
