We called Brad as we had an emergency with a tree that was the centerpiece of our property. The tree had started to split apart and we needed an expert to see what could be done to save it. Immediately Brad came out and viewed what was happening. He was extremely knowledgeable in recommending the options available to us for saving our tree. Next his crew came out and before they started working, introduced themselves to us, and explained in detail the tasks they were going to accomplish towards saving our tree. They performed spectacularly even though the weather was not cooperating, it was raining, windy, it was miserable. Through all of this they never stopped working and when they were finished, we were very pleased with their high quality of workmanship. I would recommend Bartlett for their quality workmanship. They are a great team of people with outstanding customer service.

Called Bartlett Tree Experts on behalf of my elderly parents. They had two evergreen trees that were damaging the rear of the house. Brad B. was very professional. He visited the house, advised my parents he was there and would be in the yard. Received a written quote for the removal, which included removing the stumps and all debris. Crew came mid-day and both trees were taken down, stumps removed, pinecones raked. Very, very pleased with the professionalism, service, and courtesy from everyone at Bartlett.

Your crew came out yesterday and did a great job pruning our maple tree. They did everything per the specs in your proposal. They got out all the dead wood without drastically altering the shape of the tree.
