More about Bobby Nance

Bobby graduated Suma Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in horticulture. He has been at Bartlett Tree Experts since 2014. In 2016, following his internship, Bobby was honored to receive the Bartlett Champion Award. This is an honor bestowed on very few Bartlett employees. Bobby is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and is Tree Risk Assessment Qualified, along with many other Green Industry certifications.

He is passionate about all aspects of arboriculture and loves to share that passion with his customers, his peers, and community. Bobby’s goal is to challenge the status quo of tree care by providing clients with science-based recommendations to sustain long-term tree health.

In his free time, Bobby is an active member in the Chesapeake Rotary Club, where he serves on the Board of Directors and is Club Secretary, and serves as Area Chairman for the Chesapeake Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Bobby enjoys golfing, smoking BBQ on his big green egg, working in his garden and doing projects around his house.
