Benj, the office staff, and the technician who came to the house, were all kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are excellent representatives of your company, and you can tell they are good people too. I would highly recommend them, and your company in the future. Job well done by all. I have a twenty five plus year old Magnolia Grandiflora in my back garden. Unusual for North Jersey, and a prized possession. Unfortunately it is sick. When Benj came to have a look, he did not try to sell me something or sugar coat the issues. And there are a number of significant issues. Although the likelihood that the tree can be saved is small, I have to attempt to save it if I can. So, I signed up for service. The technician, I can be bad at remembering names, followed up the following week. He was kind, respected my property, and did his job efficiently. After he was done, he made sure I as satisfied, answered any questions I may have had, and was kind and courteous. Truly, excellent people. I do not know if we can save the tree, but I am confident it is being taken care of the best way possible from your company, and fine staff. I have my fingers crossed. Thank you all for helping, and for being exceptional.
