Beau Norris

Beau is a second-generation Arborist with nearly 20 years of experience in the tree care industry and joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2014. Beau has served in a variety of roles including Crew Leader, Plant Health Care Specialist, Local Office Safety Coordinator, and Regional Trainer providing him with extensive experience in tree care operations, safety leadership, and customer service.

Beau is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, one of the highest credentials in the arboriculture profession. He holds ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification and ISA Prescription Pruning Qualification credentials. Beau is a NJ Licensed Tree Expert and a Certified Treecare Safety Professional. Serving also as a Trustee on the Board of the NJ Arborists Chapter of the ISA.

Beau enjoys time outdoors with friends, family, and his three dogs hiking, exploring nature, and supporting his local community. Beau is a volunteer firefighter serving and assisting residents.
