Ben was responsive and knowledgeable. His crew member showed up and immediately realized that our electric and cable wires ran through the area where we want a stump removed. If Bartlett had not called to have these cables mapped out, we could have had a disastrous Thanksgiving. They came up with a Plan B to remove the stump without disturbing the wires. All other work was completed efficiently and left neat and tidy. We had a very positive experience.

Nick the arborist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He scheduled a day and time to do the tree work that was convenient for me. He returned all my phone calls and was quick to text me back when I had a question. The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up my yard and the driveway. No damage to the lawn at all which I was concerned about. I was very impressed. The worker came to my door to make sure I was happy with the work before he left. I was very pleased with the work they did. They were very professional and I will feel confident hiring them for future work I may need. I will definitely have Bartlett Tree Experts back to do future work.
