Jason Rihn and the crew of three men who trimmed my trees did a great job. Because I have Oak trees which need to be pruned during the winter, they arrived in early February with five inches of snow on the ground. They quickly adapted to the situation, took time to answer my questions, removed the necessary branches and did the best possible job raking up the debris in the snow. All three of the gentlemen who were a part of the crew that pruned our oak trees were professional and courteous from the moment that they arrived and until they departed after this tough job was completed. They were thorough and paid attention to detail in pruning all of these trees and in cleaning up all the debris from this work in accordance with the job proposal. Most importantly, they exhibited proper safety measures, including use of ropes to prevent damage to surrounding features of the property from large limbs being cut, and took care in not presenting any risks to passing cars, pedestrians, and to themselves. Others could learn from their proper safety behavior.
