Bartlett service is exceptional from start to finish. When I called and spoke with Shelly about the sudden insect damage to our shrubs she explained that Zachary was out on a job but that I could email photos. I emailed photos to Zachary at the end of the day and received his response in less than 15 minutes. The treatment application was completed already by 9:45 the next morning including a full explanation of the diagnosis.

Both the Norway maple and the Red maple looked very well maintained and shaped for the Fall Festival we hosted on September 8. We were able to park plenty of cars under the red maple that usually has large branches hanging down; thanks to you, we did not have that problem this year. The Sellersville Fire Dept parked an old fire engine under the Norway maple for all to see…Thank you for your service in preserving the landscape at the Hartzel-Strassburger property.
