He went absolutely above and beyond his responsibility to summit up the tree and it was trimmed beautifully. I might add, there was a straight branch that needed to be trimmed. Greg is very responsive to our needs and answers any questions we have about our trees and landscape. I was in the hospital on the day of trimming so we did not interact with the crew. When asked my wife if they had come she initially said she was unsure since there was no debris left behind. After I got home, I inspected the tree and found that the trimming made them all look very balanced. The had done an excellent job.
