I saw one of your crews doing work at another house and I stopped to ask them who I could talk to about obtaining a quote. They directed me to the right person, Mark Wheeler, and I was contacted right away about setting up a time for an estimate. I received the estimate within twenty four hours. Mark was also able to assure me that we could arrange for the work to be done when my kids were not at home for remote learning during the pandemic so as to not cause a significant distraction with the noise and the dogs barking.

The men came on time and were very courteous. Asked me what I thought needed to be done. Understood my concerns of limbs hanging over power lines. Periodically asked me to check the work to make sure they took limbs that I thought needed to be removed. Cleaned up all debris. Left my place looking really nice. I would definitely have them come back again. I was impressed with Mark's knowledge of the trees and what needed to be done to keep them growing in a healthy manner.

This email is long overdue. Last November, your Bartlett team helped our family with eleven Ash Trees on our property. All were dying and could have fallen on our house. The biggest tree was within six feet of our house. The others were on a hill that sloped toward our house. It was not a good situation. And it presented a big challenge for your team of arborists. Your employees did a terrific job of carefully cutting down the trees and cleaning up the work site. They were friendly and easy to work with. The lead person always took the time to inform me about what would happen each day, and he explained the process so I could understand it. I was very impressed with the time and care they took to drop each tree. As a result, there was no damage to our house or to some small Dogwood Trees we have growing on that hill. We were so impressed with their skill at bringing down the trees with such precision. What left the biggest impression was just how friendly and courteous your employees are. What a nice group of people who represent your company. The names I wrote down at the time were Brandon, Cameron, and Tim. There were others, too, and they were all top-notch. The customer service provided by Mark Wheeler was exceptional. Please do not let the lateness of this email detract from our sincere appreciation for a job well done. We had several wind storms last winter, so we were especially glad we had Bartlett remove those dying ash trees so they did not damage our house. When we need trees trimmed in the future, we will come back to Bartlett. I tell all my friends and coworkers about your excellent company and staff.
