Mike came out and dedicated time to diagnosing and helping us decide if we should remove the Leyland Cypress trees. The crew did a fantastic job with the removal once we decided we wanted it removed. Mike took time to brainstorm on a plan to plant Green Giants in their place. He referred us to a great nursery. Brandon, Jeff, and Drew worked safely and so well together. They encountered a huge hornet’s nest first thing. Brandon, like a “Waspbuster,” took care of that by spraying, my husband told me this and sent me pictures. The crew was informative while doing the work, communicating with my husband to describe what they were doing all along the way. The clean-up was so well done, as if they had not even been there. Thanks so much and to Mike for bringing a small amount of chips back at a later date to spread around the beautiful Green Giants we now can watch grow for years to come.

I am writing to let you know about the recent experiences that we have had with your company. Twice in the last year-and-a-half, storm damage has resulted in the need to have trees and stumps removed from our property. The work that was done certainly met our expectations; however, the service of Mike Taylor exceeded them. In the most recent case, we had requested a very short time frame for having the work completed. We knew that it was unlikely, but because we had an upcoming family event planned at our home, we hoped for the best. Mike told us up front that he couldn't make any promises, but within a few days of his initial estimate, he called to let us know that he was able to accommodate our wishes. Even after our first scheduled appointment was washed out by rain, he made sure that the work was still done by our requested deadline, even getting personally involved with the completion of the work. He didn't have to. But he was compelled to do so anyway, and for that we are grateful. I can assure you that we have, and will continue to recommend your company.
