Ron Kowalski was extremely knowledgeable about the infestation of my Holly tree. He explained everything clearly to me and showed me the insects with his magnifier. He explained the treatments that would be necessary to stop the infestation. He returned when I became very concerned about the tree losing so many of its leaves. He has given the tree one treatment and I am already seeing an improvement. He will treat the tree again in August. He is definitely an expert in his field and also a very nice person. I am happy that I chose Bartlett to handle my problem and save my tree.
