I have used Bartlett for years, and one of the reasons is because of the courteous and professional manner of the staff, both in the office and especially with their representative, Scott Thatcher. The prices are reasonable also and you are able to see the difference in your trees and bushes right away. You can tell that you are not just another customer for Bartlett. They truly care about what they do and want to provide the best service possible. The work is done in a reasonable period of time and I never have to call and call for an appointment nor have there ever been any issues with the work that has been done. As I said above, I have used Bartlett for years and will continue to do so.

I did not see anything that needed to be done better. The gentleman called me the day before he was coming to let me know that I was scheduled for the next day. And when he arrived, he rang my bell to let me know he was here, and asked if it was alright to block in our cars while he did the work. And then he treated the tree and left in a neat and timely fashion. Everything was perfect. Our Bartlett Arborist Representative suggested a pruning and treatment to stunt the growth of a special Blue Spruce that we planted in honor of the death of our baby granddaughter.
