I wanted to send an email to you regarding the tree work we had done by Bartlett at our home in Malvern. I must say that the gentlemen you sent out to our home were very profession, courteous, and very hardworking. They paid great attention to detail to our trees. They were very knowledgeable, and just flat out did a terrific job. We will definitely use your company in the future for our tree work. We live in an area with lots of older trees. Before the hurricane, I had been proactive and received estimates from two companies for tree trimming, removal, etc. The estimates were for $2,000 and $2,700 and addressed completely different trees, which concerned me. I didn't move forward with either estimate.

After the snow storm, a neighbor hired Bartlett due to tree damage. As they were in the neighborhood, other neighbors had work done as well. I spoke with Scott Thatcher. He came right over to my property and provided a reasonable estimate. This one was in between the other two (cost-wise) I had received, as well as a reasonable combination of the work that was estimated in the other two. I was provided with a written quote immediately - extremely professional paperwork with all the license information, right of rescission, etc. as required by law. Much better than the other two estimates - one of which was verbal.

Customer service is excellent, with updates as to arrival, speedy scheduling, etc. Can't say enough - great people to work with. This is a top notch service company. I have to say I did check reviews before hiring and I see some members mentioning price as an issue. First, I think the price is totally where it should be. Tree work is high-liability between injury and damage potential. Consumers should recognize insurance, training, expertise not to mention the correct tools and equipment is in the price. The work and service from this company is worth every penny. Expert tree work is not something I would cut corners on.
