Both the arborist representative and the tech who applied the product were polite and helpful, answering all of my questions. The tech, noticing that we have a family dog, suggested that we keep the dog away from the trees for about an hour after he applied the product. It was so hot that day, we felt bad that the tech had to be outside, but he never complained and was very pleasant. Iwould definitely use this company again especially since the rep answered all of my questions about the condition of my trees and how the product would work.
