Your advice on our trees and shrubs over the past three years has been most helpful. All are doing quite well. A current highlight is our Bottlebrush Buckeye planted three years ago. After it was planted, it was experiencing sun scorch in its full sun location. I had not noticed in one of my main sources that it was susceptible. You told me it should improve with age. I protected in part with a large umbrella during 2020-21. This year, it had overgrown the umbrella, and I searched for larger ones. However, I decided to wait and see what happened. What happened is that it is fine. Also, it currently has about two dozen buckeyes.Thanks very much for all of your continued great advice. Hope that your summer is going well.

The crew was very professional and attentive to my questions and instructions. Mike worked the Kwanzaan methodically and patiently. The team worked the two Pines quickly, nice when a crane truck does such quick work. Best part was taking down the Acer Rubrum. The guys were enthusiastic when they arrived and genuinely enjoyed working on it. I enjoyed their chatting after lowering a big limb while one guy on the rope was pulled up off the ground a little, and was telling the guys about another job he worked describing a similar situation. I prefer to use Bartlett for Dave’s knowledge, the professionalism of the workers, and the dependability.

A great crew that took on a tough job of bringing down a very tall tree overhanging our house. They got the job done a day-and-a-half earlier than projected, including removal of numerous trash saplings and debris while carefully working around a Japanese Maple we wanted to preserve. I think a key to their work was the pre-work inspections - there were two, the second with the work team foreman, very thorough and identified potential difficulties and worked out plans for dealing with them. As the property owner, I found these inspections reassuring. All of my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased Jeanie and I are with the work done by your crew so far. We've been interrupted by rain, but there's just part of the hemlock still standing (maybe 25' or so and all branches are stripped) and they were able to clear away all the debris before the rain finally shut down everything. I didn't get a chance to compliment the crew before they pulled out, but will make a point of doing so when they return. They even got the fencing back up enough that we can take our dogs out - Dusty and Ms. Crash are appreciative (as are we after having them pretty much house-bound all day).
