From start to finish this job was done very well. Jack came and met with me in person. Jack provided a thorough review of the tree and good reasoning for his recommendations and patiently answered my questions. He then worked to get a crew there quickly, the situation was dangerous and had to be done quickly. The crew was great. They did the job properly safely and did not rush. They also did the work as agreed to and were receptive to feedback on site. Cleanup was excellent. Overall very good experience and would recommend Bartlett to all.
