We (neighbors and I) worked with Jack and found him to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When our scheduled slot time came up, they were very adaptable to altering their crew to the vagaries of my schedule and showed up promptly at the agreed time. It was an involved job as it covered trees on several properties but they were all fast, thorough, accommodating to requests. A very pleasant experience over all.
