Pat Burke was responsive, clear, and completely professional. I work in New York City and was unable to be home to meet with him, so he efficiently communicated proposals and timing details via email at my request. I could not be happier with the job done by Pat, the work supervisor Juan, and their colleagues at Bartlett. After the work was done, I received several follow-up communications from Pat thanking me and verifying my satisfaction with the job. In contrast, I reached out ten times during 2018 and 2019 to a different local tree service requesting proposal modifications and scheduling of work. When they did occasionally respond, they put me off repeatedly, telling me it was winter work and failing to schedule or complete it over the course of months.
