What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Nothing at all, as the experience and service was tremendous from start to finish. 10/10 in my opinion. They were amazing, especially Nathan. Wonderful to work with as I wish all trades and service providers were this responsive and respectful. Thank you, wonderful job from start to finish.

Everything was perfect, including the timely manner from getting the estimate to the actual booking, even sooner than I expected. My first contact with Bartlett of course, was your Receptionist, who was cheery, courteous, and helpful. Nathan came by two days later to see what needed to be done and was quick to respond that afternoon with an estimate. Evan and Sam were the crew members and worked seamlessly doing an excellent job on the cedar overgrowth at the back of my hedge. They were most courteous and efficient, and the job site was left absolutely clean, apart from the nice even hedge, with no more overgrowth sticking up, you would never know they had been there. I have already been telling neighbors and friends about Bartlett's excellent service.

I was very impressed with the crews professionalism and knowledge of the trees. Our hedge was extremely overgrown and they tackled the job with efficiency. I was also very impressed by their skill in the heights they had to climb to limbs and trim everything. They left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they came. I would highly recommend Bartlett. Friendly, courteous staff. A crew of three arrived in the rain and worked efficiently and professionally. They took extra time to ensure I was happy with the job. Sam checked in prior to leaving to update about an Arbutus that was likely failing and would need attention in the future. We were very pleased with the work completed.

I could not have wished for a better result or process than what I experienced with Bartlett. Right from the estimate to the final stump grinding, Every member of the Bartlett team was professional, punctual, courteous, and efficient. I got three estimates. Although they were all in the same ball park, the Bartlett estimator, Nathan, was super professional and the price seemed very fair. When the crew came they did a fabulous job. I have had a lot of work done on trees in my yard over the last twenty five years and nobody left my yard looking better than before, except the Bartlett team. The stump grinder came today, took the stumps right down to a foot deep or more, and finished the job by leveling the soil and bark mulch. I was so impressed with how he cleaned everything up. Other companies have always left me a clean up job. I will definitely get Bartlett in future. I highly recommend them.

From the first contact with Nathan to the completion of the first jobs, our experience has been extremely positive. Professional administration, prompt responses, work scheduled seamlessly, crew arrived on time and worked impressively all day and explained what they had done and gave us tips for the aftercare of the shrubs they planted for us.
